Role Overview
The manager oversees the development, management, and marketing of OSI Maritime’s autonomous capabilities.
The role reports to the Vice President of Business Development.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for autonomous maritime systems capability development.
- Support global business development efforts to market and sell autonomous products.
- Define product requirements using market analysis, customer feedback, and military needs.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting maritime autonomy.
- Serve as an internal and external subject-matter expert for autonomous maritime systems offerings.
- Specify customer requirements through market surveys and customer visits.
- Align product-development activities with OSI’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Analyze markets, competitors, trends, and opportunities in maritime autonomy.
- Gather and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
