- Create clear, engaging content that explains Celonis products, solutions, and vision across formats such as articles, web pages, case studies, marketing assets, and internal communications
- Research complex topics, collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams, and transform technical information into accessible narratives for diverse audiences
- Draft, revise, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency with brand voice, and alignment with strategic goals
- Support campaign messaging, update existing content, and contribute ideas to improve storytelling and content effectiveness
Requirements
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editing abilities for technology, B2B, or enterprise audiences
- Experience in research and information synthesis, translating complex or technical concepts into clear, concise content
- Background in marketing or communications, with familiarity in digital content formats (web, email, social, presentations)
- Attention to detail in grammar, structure, and style, with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with cross functional and global teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Interest in AI, SaaS, enterprise software, or process optimization; prior experience in tech or consulting is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Writer role based in Bengaluru.
- The Writer will create clear, engaging content that explains Celonis products, solutions, and vision across formats such as articles, web pages, case studies, marketing assets, and internal communications.
- Daily responsibilities include researching complex topics, collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams, and transforming technical information into accessible narratives for diverse audiences.
- The Writer will draft, revise, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency with brand voice, and alignment with strategic goals.
- The role also involves supporting campaign messaging, updating existing content, and contributing ideas to improve storytelling and content effectiveness.
