WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring business intelligence solutions
- Analyse business and product data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues
- Define and monitor KPIs and other key business metrics
- Translate business questions into clear analytical and reporting requirements
- Work with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure reliable reporting
- Validate data used in dashboards and reports and investigate discrepancies
- Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
- Support ad hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, metrics, and data sources
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate recurring work
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1–3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with structured data and business metrics
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Ability to translate business needs into clear reports and dashboards
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms
