Introduction

  • Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Information Management Analyst II to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.
  • Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert.
  • Pay Rate: Starting from CAD 52 per hour.
  • Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid.
  • Business Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads the development of broad solutions and approaches for design strategy and delivery.
  • Work with HCD leadership to develop, plan and price experience strategy and design deliverables.
  • Clearly articulate core design principles and disciplines.
  • Partner with Technology and Business to align and integrate experience design and development activities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Planning, Business and Delivery partners to manage project/feature pipeline.
  • Report to Design Operations Senior Management on experience portfolio status, risks, issues, financials and escalations.
  • Consistently manage business expectations and ensure delivery of highest quality service.
  • Expand and maintain relationships and growth opportunities with key partners.
  • Effectively plan and prioritize all experience deliverables and resources.
  • Ability to manage project scope, financials and partner expectations.
  • Relationship management of vendor resources.
  • Demonstrates understanding of product design, technology project delivery and digital development.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

  • Post secondary degree required.
  • 4 plus years of experience managing technology projects involving experience design teams.
  • Experience in financial forecasting, budget management.
  • Experience in resource forecasting and management.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (PMP or Scrum Master certification an asset).
  • Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
  • Creative thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong 'can do' service attitude.
  • Advanced facilitation, influence management and consensus building skills.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing complexity.
  • Deep experience with Clarity, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint.
