Business Immersion Program Internship – Finance Path

Education Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student in a degree program from an accredited higher education institution.
• Applicants must have completed at least 90 credit hours by the first day of the internship.
• Applicants from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply. While all fields of study will be considered, preferred fields of study for the Finance path include Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Experience Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of finance, accounting, or business concepts gained through coursework, projects, or extracurricular experiences.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze and interpret data using basic formulas and pivot tables.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate information and develop thoughtful recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships, work collaboratively in team environments, and contribute to shared goals.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a desire to learn new skills, embrace challenges, and explore different areas of the business.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the duration of the internship.
• This position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 7 to August 12, 2027.
• Ability to relocate to Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX for the duration of the internship. Relocation assistance is not provided.
• Where You Will Work To optimize collaboration, relationship building, and key stakeholder engagement, this role aligns to a 4:1 hybrid model which is in office Monday-Thursday with the option for remote work on Fridays.

Compensation

• The hourly pay offered for this position is $19.50 per hour.
