ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Immersion Program (BIP) Internship is Crown Castle's primary talent pipeline for the full-time Business Immersion Program and other early career opportunities. Throughout the 10-week summer experience, interns gain foundational knowledge of our business, contribute to meaningful projects, develop professional skills, and build relationships with leaders and teammates across the organization. We are seeking curious, motivated students who are eager to learn, embrace new challenges, and explore how they can make an impact while driving our mission of transforming the way we are all connected.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- The Analytics & Transformation path is designed for students who enjoy solving business problems using data and technology. You will develop both business and technical capabilities while building foundational skills in analytics, process improvement, and emerging AI-enabled tools and technologies.
