Role Description
- This is a full time, hybrid role based in Sharjah, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
- The Business Excellence Manager will lead initiatives to improve business processes, enhance operational performance, and embed best practices across the organization.
- Day to day responsibilities include assessing current workflows, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and designing standardized processes and frameworks.
- The role involves collaborating with cross functional teams, facilitating workshops, managing improvement projects, and monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
- The Business Excellence Manager will also prepare reports and presentations for leadership, support change management activities, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong business process skills, including experience in Business Process and Business Process Improvement.
- Expertise in Process Excellence and Operational Excellence, with a track record of implementing best practices.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues, interpreting data, and making evidence based recommendations.
- Experience leading cross functional projects, with proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing priorities effectively and driving results with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools) and familiarity with performance measurement frameworks.
- Experience in corporate or multi business group settings in the UAE or GCC region is beneficial.
