Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in business process transformation, continuous improvement, or business excellence roles
- Strong skills in Business Process Improvement and Business Process design and mapping
- Expertise in Process Excellence and Operational Excellence methodologies
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including data analysis, performance measurement, and problem solving
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software; solid MS Office skills
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage

Role Description
- The Business Excellence Manager is a full time, on site role based in Sharjah. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring business excellence frameworks to improve processes and overall performance.
Day to day tasks
- Assessing current operations, identifying improvement opportunities, leading process review workshops, and developing standard operating procedures.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to implement operational excellence initiatives, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership, supporting change management activities, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Business Process Improvement and Business Process design and mapping.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Process Excellence and Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including data analysis, performance measurement, and problem solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in business process transformation, continuous improvement, or business excellence roles, ideally in a corporate or multi business environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross functional initiatives and influence at multiple levels.
- Proficiency in using process mapping tools and data analysis software; solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work on site in Sharjah, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving business needs.
