- Identify and secure new accommodation contracts with companies and contractors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers responsible for accommodation requirements
- Promote and market accommodation facilities to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the Eastern Province
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and convert leads into long term accommodation agreements
Requirements
- Proven business development and sales experience in accommodation, camps, housing, or corporate accommodation services
- Established network of clients and key decision makers within the Eastern Province
- Demonstrated track record of securing accommodation contracts and increasing occupancy rates
- In depth knowledge of the accommodation market in Al Khobar, Jubail, and the wider Eastern Province
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of delivering immediate business results

Key Responsibilities

- Established network of clients and key decision makers within the Eastern Province, particularly among companies requiring accommodation solutions
- Demonstrated track record of securing accommodation contracts, increasing occupancy rates, and generating sustainable revenue growth
- In depth knowledge of the accommodation market and client requirements in Al Khobar, Jubail, and the wider Eastern Province
- Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and successfully close accommodation contracts
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of delivering immediate business results through existing industry connections
