Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and fostering strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
The role also involves supporting strategic planning, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of FEIZO DESIGN.

The Profile
- We are looking for a candidate with a commanding presence and deep technical understanding of the high-end design industry.
- **Deep Expertise:**
- Proven experience in
Fit-Out
and
Interior Design
- sectors, specifically catering to the luxury segment.
- **Sector Knowledge:**
- Comprehensive understanding of the
Hospitality (Hotels)
,
Commercial
, and
Residential
- markets.
- **Strategic Network:**
- An established "Golden Book" of contacts, including
Real Estate Developers
- , investors, and key decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.
- **Market Insight:**
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi market dynamics and the evolving landscape of the Kingdom's mega-projects.
- **Strong Character:**
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a prestigious and authoritative communication style.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure high-value contracts for luxury fit-out and design projects.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with major real estate developers and hotel groups.
- Represent the brand at elite industry events and private business delegations.
- Translate client visions into strategic business opportunities for our wood factory and design studio.
