- Identify and approach coffee machine suppliers, distributors, dealers, and resellers to establish service partnerships
- Promote the company's preventive maintenance, repair, and AMC services for commercial coffee machines
- Develop relationships with decision makers within coffee equipment businesses
- Negotiate and finalize service agreements and partnership contracts
- Generate leads for maintenance contracts from hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and other commercial establishments through partner networks
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery to end users
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- 3 5 years of business development or sales experience in coffee machines, food service equipment, hospitality equipment, or facility maintenance services
- Existing network with coffee machine suppliers, distributors, cafés, hotels, restaurants, or hospitality businesses is highly preferred
- Experience selling service contracts, maintenance agreements, or after sales solutions is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- UAE driving license preferred
- Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings
