Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver territory volume, share, distribution, and margin contribution targets.
  • Own annual territory planning, individual customer planning, promotional evaluation.
  • Manage territory spend and budget.
  • Plan and execute consumer programming and sales standards across all channels.
  • Build strong business relationships with key customers and consumer groups.
  • Identify and leverage business opportunities.
  • Execute call cycle and administrative duties.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 3 years in field or packaged goods sales experience.
  • Budget management experience, analytical skills, strong business acumen.
  • Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent relationship building and follow up skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong impact and influential abilities.
  • Computer proficiency, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license.

Salary and Variable Compensation

  • Base salary: $52,000 annually.
  • Variable compensation target: $20,215 annually, paid quarterly based on performance.
