Work arrangement

• This is a hybrid role based in the United States or Canada, with regular attendance expected at the Toronto or Austin office.
• Go-to-market roles include in-person onboarding in Toronto, and occasional travel may be required for offsites, department meetings, and customer events.

What we're looking for

• One or more years of relevant professional experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, research, or related customer-facing activity.
• Ability to understand prospective customers' business priorities and identify challenges influencing their decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make complex topics clear and relevant.
• Motivation to achieve goals and an organized approach to managing outreach and follow-up.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work through ambiguity, and use available resources to solve problems.
• Strong organization and time-management skills while balancing multiple accounts and activities.
