- Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
- Nurture early stage opportunities
- Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing BT customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas
- Identify key decision makers within new accounts
- Create a great first impression to prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing customers through creative follow up communications
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities
- Enter prospect information into Salesforce
- Enhance product knowledge through regularly attending training sessions
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue
Requirements
- 1 2 years experience in business development, lead generation, sales or related field experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong desire to be in technology sales
- Solid phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills

What You'll Bring
- 1 2 years experience in business development, lead generation, sales or related field experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment. You think out of the box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work
- Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net new and existing install
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Personality to establish and maintain strong relationships with sales teams you support and become a valued partner to them.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize workload, and maximize efficiency.
- Effective listener to understand prospect needs.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Strong problem solving skills
