Role overview
Lead business development and strategic partnership activities to accelerate growth in Dubai, the UAE, and the wider region.
Build relationships with clients, partners, distributors, strategic accounts, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth-aligned business development strategies.
- Research new markets, industries, and commercial opportunities.
- Lead partnership discussions, commercial negotiations, proposals, and agreements.
- Manage sales pipelines and monitor business development performance.
- Identify joint ventures, channel partnerships, collaborations, and new revenue streams.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, market analyses, and management reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or commercial management is preferred.
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage high-value relationships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of market development, commercial strategy, and partnership models.
