The Insurance Associate role supports insurance-related activities and is described as full-time and on-site.
The role coordinates with internal stakeholders, insurance brokers, and external partners on policy and documentation matters.
Responsibilities
- Support policy administration and process documentation for coverage, claims, and renewals.
- Clarify policy terms, gather required information, and ensure timely submission of insurance forms.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor policy timelines, and prepare management reports.
- Respond to inquiries, review basic financial implications, help identify coverage needs, and support risk management processes.
Qualifications
- Understanding of insurance policy structures, coverage options, and claims processes is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required for interaction with teams, brokers, and partners.
- Foundational finance skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and deadline management are required.
- Relevant experience in insurance, finance, or risk management is beneficial.
- An associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Office software proficiency and willingness to learn new systems are required.
