  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and client projects.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our consulting services and solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities, ensuring the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and expand professional connections, driving brand awareness and visibility.
