- Identify and engage prospective clients through marketing leads, referrals, market research, databases, networking activities, and direct prospecting
- Conduct initial communications with potential clients to introduce the Company's services and capabilities
- Understand clients' preliminary requirements and identify potential business opportunities aligned with the Company's services
- Qualify prospective clients and coordinate meetings between clients and the Company's technical team
- Maintain regular follow up with prospective clients to ensure continuous engagement throughout the pre proposal stage
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, communications, and opportunity status
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Technical teams to ensure effective communication and timely follow up
- Support the preparation and coordination of proposals, presentations, and business development materials when required
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities, and provide regular feedback to management
- Represent the Company professionally during meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and other business development activities
- Prepare periodic reports summarizing business development activities, lead status, and market observations

Job Description
- The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities that support the Company's growth objectives.
- The role focuses on generating qualified business opportunities by engaging prospective clients, introducing the Company's services, understanding their initial requirements, and arranging meetings with the technical team for further business discussions.
