Role Overview
- As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our insurance sales division within the Retail Banking Group.
- Your primary focus will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and increase insurance sales.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- A self starter with a results driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
