Job Overview
- Business Development Executive for Holiday Homes team in Dubai
- Full Time position with salary package based on experience
- Employment visa after successful 3 month probation
Compensation Structure
- Probation (3 months): Target 2 signed units/month; 2 units: full salary; 1 unit: AED 1,500 + commission; 0 units: AED 1,000
- Commission Based: Basic salary AED 1,500 + AED 300 monthly calling allowance; Target 2 signed apartments/month
- Commission per unit: Studio & 1BR AED 1,000; 2BR AED 2,000; 3BR AED 2,500
- Commission payable after first owner's payout
Requirements
- Sales or business development experience
- Real Estate/Holiday Homes experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated and target driven
Work Arrangement
- Office attendance required twice per week
