- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Fluent English
- Self starter with proven track record of hitting targets

We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive | Dubai
- Elegant Escapes Holiday Homes is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our portfolio of luxury holiday homes in Dubai.
Your Mission
- Bring new landlords & property owners on board to partner with us.
- You’ll be the face of Elegant Escapes pitching our management services, closing deals, and building long term relationships with investors.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and onboard new landlords/properties across Dubai
- Pitch our full service holiday home management model
- Build pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Hit monthly acquisition targets for new units
- Represent Elegant Escapes at property events & expos
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years BDM/Sales experience in Dubai real estate or holiday homes
- Strong network of landlords, investors, or developers
- Excellent negotiation & closing skills
- Fluent English. Arabic/Hindi/Russian a plus
- Self starter with proven track record of hitting targets
