About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential property owners and real estate partners to establish new relationships
- Conduct market research to identify key areas for holiday home rental opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with property owners to include their homes in Elegant Escapes
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners
- Act as the main point of contact for property owners, addressing concerns and providing updates
- Collaborate with the management team to draft and negotiate contracts
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new properties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the Real Estate or Hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of the Dubai real estate market and holiday home regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Multilingual preferred (Arabic, Spanish, French, Mandarin)
- Holiday Homes: 2 years (Required)

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Business Development Manager with solid experience in the real estate and holiday homes sector in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will focus on reaching out to property owners, acquiring new units for management, and building lasting partnerships.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are multilingual, with strong English skills and proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish, French, or Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential property owners and real estate partners to establish new relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify key areas for holiday home rental opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with property owners to include their homes in Elegant Escapes.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
- Act as the main point of contact for property owners, addressing concerns, providing updates, and offering support as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to draft and negotiate contracts with property owners.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new properties, accurate listings, and efficient management processes.
- Must be knowledgeable with any CRM software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the Real Estate or Hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Understanding of the Dubai real estate market and holiday home regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
