- Communicate to key stakeholders on core deliverables
Requirements
- 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, driving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non tech teams experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic

Description
- Amazon is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Middle East, Africa, and Turkey (MEATR) Delivery Service Partner business.
- This role will require some travel throughout the region.
Key job responsibilities
- End to end ownership of KSA Delivery Partner recruitment and vetting
- Launch programs in partnership with internal stakeholders and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables
- Develop a keen understanding of Last Mile Delivery methods, working with the Partner Acquisition Business Development Team
- Work with key stakeholders to understand program needs, launch timelines and challenges
- Cross Functional Collaboration: build collaborative, influential internal and external relationships
- Communication: communications to key stakeholders on core deliverables.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, driving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non tech teams experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners
- Experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
- Experience negotiating license or business development agreements
- Working in Business development or sale roles with prior experience negotiating deals.
