About the Role
PROVEN is seeking a Business Development Manager for a client in Jeddah to drive sponsorship and exhibition revenue for events and conferences. The role involves securing new business, managing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to secure sponsorships and exhibition sales for events and conferences
- Identify potential sponsors and exhibitors across different industries
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and stakeholders
- Develop long term partnerships with key clients by understanding their business needs
- Serve as main point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors throughout the event cycle
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with PM/RD and marketing teams to ensure sponsors and exhibitors receive value
- Contribute to design of sponsorship packages and exhibitor layouts
- Identify untapped markets and expand client base
- Develop innovative sponsorship and exhibition opportunities to increase revenue
- Work with senior management to align business development goals with organizational objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in events exhibitions
- Experience in the Middle East market, preferably in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
