Responsibilities
- Lead a sales team and drive revenue growth.
- Manage sales, business development, and client acquisition activities.
- Handle clients, negotiate contracts, and use CRM tools.
- Collaborate across departments and deliver results under pressure.
- Support commercial interior fit-out and design-build project sales.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- At least four years of experience in the commercial fit-out industry.
- At least four years of experience in design and build.
- At least four years of business development experience.
- Strong background in commercial interior fit-out.
- Hands-on experience in client handling, contract negotiation, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and deliver results under pressure.
