Job Overview

  • Business Development Manager (Facility Management) based in Dubai.
  • Budget between approx. AED 10 15k.
  • Industry: Facility Management.
  • Services Scope: Hard FM (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil maintenance) and Soft FM (cleaning, security, pest control, landscaping).

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving growth in the Facility Management (FM) division by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing contracts across sectors such as commercial, residential, industrial, and government.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development within Facility Management or related industry.
  • Proven track record in securing FM contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of FM contracts, SLAs, and pricing models.
  • Ability to build long term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and market awareness.

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hard and soft FM services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Tendering & Contracts

  • Manage the full tendering process, including pre qualification (PQQ), RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to prepare competitive bids.
  • Review contract terms, pricing strategies, and service scope.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact during the sales cycle.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in facility management services.
  • Recommend new service offerings based on market demand.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Ensure smooth handover of projects to operations after contract award.
  • Align business development strategies with company objectives.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Track pipeline, conversions, and profitability.
