Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management
- Strong track record of growing distributor and dealer networks
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in challenging environments
- Fluency in English
- International market experience and exposure to mining, metal detecting, or outdoor sectors is an advantage
- Proficiency in French is a plus

Role Overview
- Charterhouse is working with a global brand, a world leading designer and manufacturer of metal detection technology.
- Looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai, playing a key role in driving growth and executing the business development strategy across the MEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of the regional growth strategy by developing new channels, strategic partnerships, and dealer networks while increasing market presence across key territories.
- Lead partner training, promotional initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and market development activities, including extensive international travel.
- Manage and grow a high performing dealer network across the MEA region by strengthening partner relationships, driving sales performance, delivering training and support, and ensuring effective channel management.
- Provide leadership and operational oversight, contribute to continuous business improvement initiatives, and support regional growth through frequent international travel and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management.
- Strong track record of growing distributor and dealer networks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in challenging environments.
- International market experience and exposure to the mining, metal detecting, or outdoor sectors is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.
