Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and corporate organizations, to expand Trusity’s reach and impact.
  • Conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, manage the B2B sales pipeline, and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective partners and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, maintain strong relationships with existing partners, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management, with a focus on building and maintaining long term partnerships.
  • Experience in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management within education, edtech, or related sectors in the UAE and GCC region.
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and forecasting to support growth targets and decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in business development or sales roles in edtech, education, or SaaS environments is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, impact driven environment, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus, as is familiarity with the UAE and Middle East education landscape.
