- Collaborate with training, marketing, and operations teams to align client needs with learning solutions
- Monitor market trends, provide feedback on product offerings, and contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives
Requirements
- Strong skills in business development, B2B sales, and account management in the Training Industry
- Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiation within training, education, or professional services sectors
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for growth in corporate training and development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively in a fast paced, client focused environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills and familiarity with the Egyptian and regional market are highly beneficial

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Business Development Manager role based in Cairo, Egypt.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and promote Blue Ocean’s training programs and solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, conduct client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with training, marketing, and operations teams to align client needs with appropriate learning solutions.
- Monitor market trends, provide feedback on product offerings, and contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, B2B sales, and account management in the Training Industry
