Overview

Luxe Living Collection is a premium holiday homes operator based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality, revenue-optimized short-term rental properties.

We combine strong operational discipline, strategic pricing, and elevated property standards to deliver exceptional results for property owners.

As we scale our portfolio, we are hiring a Business Development Manager to take ownership of portfolio expansion and help build the acquisition engine of the company.

The Role – Founding Growth Position

This is not a typical sales role.

This is a strategic growth position.

Until now, acquisitions have been led directly by Executive Management.

You will now take ownership of scaling and structuring the Business Development function.

You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing new property management contracts with property owners, landlords, brokers, and referral partners across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the full acquisition cycle: sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals

· Generate leads through cold calling, warm outreach, WhatsApp prospecting, networking, and field visits

· Build strong relationships with property owners and brokers

· Present and negotiate management agreements professionally

· Identify high-quality, revenue-generating properties

· Maintain a structured pipeline and consistent follow-up discipline

· Work closely with the Onboarding team for smooth contract activation

· Provide weekly reporting to the CEO on pipeline and signed contracts

Requirements

· Mandatory experience in Dubai Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rental industry

· Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets

· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

· Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market

· Ability to independently generate and manage leads

· Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

· Existing network of landlords or brokers is highly preferred
