Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will identify growth opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to meet sales targets.
Daily tasks include market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.
Additionally, the role requires maintaining updated knowledge of industry trends and providing regular sales performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and lead generation
- Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and prepare compelling proposals
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and networking skills
- Knowledge of corporate, HR, and IT training solutions is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software, with strong analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in team environments
- Familiarity with the business culture and market trends in the UAE is preferred
- Salary is consisted of a basic salary and a high commission structure
