Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid role for an Artificial Intelligence Trainer based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
The Artificial Intelligence Trainer will design, develop, and deliver AI-focused training programs for corporate and professional audiences, both in-person and online.
Responsibilities include preparing structured course materials, practical exercises, and presentations covering topics such as machine learning fundamentals, AI tools, and real-world use cases.
The trainer will assess learner needs, adapt content to different skill levels, and provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and feedback.
Additional tasks include evaluating training effectiveness, updating materials based on the latest AI developments, and collaborating with internal teams to align training with client objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including practical experience with common AI tools and platforms.
- Proven experience in corporate or professional training, with the ability to design structured curricula and deliver engaging workshops or courses.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to create clear training materials such as slide decks, manuals, exercises, and assessments tailored to different learner levels.
- Comfort with hybrid delivery models, including in-person sessions in Dubai and virtual training using online meeting and learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training engagements as a contractor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in AI, ML, or data science are a plus.
- Experience working with corporate clients in business, HR, or IT contexts, and the ability to connect AI concepts to real business applications.
