Role Description

This is a part time role (2-3 days a week) and it is commission-based Hybrid-role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and establishing partnerships to drive company growth.

Responsibilities include managing client accounts, nurturing relationships, and creating strategic plans to expand the client base.

This role involves active participation in business presentations, negotiations, and contributing to the company’s overall sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation methods
  • Strong Business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Account Management to foster and maintain client relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
  • Familiarity with the corporate training and development industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
