Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand in Public Sector accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company offerings (IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, ministries, and public institutions
- Navigate procurement processes, RFIs, RFPs, and tenders
- Position the company as a trusted advisor to public sector clients
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop a qualified pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
- Lead large deal pursuits, including bid management and proposal development
- Engage with C level executives and key decision makers
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre sales, Delivery, Marketing, Alliances)
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and public sector initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development
- Strong experience working with Public Sector / Government clients
- Proven track record of closing large, complex IT deals
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in Digital Transformation, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise IT Solutions / System Integration
- Strong network within government and public sector organizations
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of government procurement processes
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Arabic speaking Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our footprint within Public Sector and Government accounts in Qatar.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services/solutions sales, strong relationships within government entities, and the ability to manage complex, high value engagements.
Key Responsibilities
