About the Role

  • Moor Kits is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth strategy for Moor Kits across the UAE.
  • This is a senior, ownership driven role — you'll build the channel strategy, open new B2B and institutional accounts, and manage a small team of sales executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Moor Kits' overall business development strategy across the UAE.
  • Identify, pursue, and close large scale B2B and institutional opportunities (education, automotive, retail, government/semi government).
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision makers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Own the sales pipeline end to end — from lead generation through negotiation, contracting, and account management.
  • Identify new market segments, verticals, and partnership opportunities for product expansion.
  • Represent Moor Kits at high level meetings, exhibitions, and government/corporate presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing on positioning, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Report on pipeline health, market feedback, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development or senior sales experience in the UAE market, ideally in product sales, B2B, or institutional sales.
  • Proven track record of closing large accounts and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong network across corporates, government/semi government entities, or retail/distribution channels in the UAE is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small sales team.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Salary

  • Pay: AED8,000.00 AED35,000.00 per month.
