- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and standard business productivity software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in business development, recruitment services, or online platforms is highly beneficial
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Role Description
- The Business Development Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with employers and partners, and expanding the platform’s presence across the GCC region.
- Day to day tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating and closing agreements.
- Collaborates with internal teams, tracks market trends, and provides feedback to improve products and processes.
- Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
