Responsibilities
- Own the full business development cycle from opportunity identification to deal closing and post sales care
- Gather and analyze market intelligence on industry trends and dynamics
- Maintain close engagement with end users and stakeholders to capture evolving needs
- Contribute to and execute go to market strategies to expand Nabat's footprint
- Lead commercial proposals, bids, and negotiations
- Build and manage a commercial pipeline to ensure sustained growth
- Work cross functionally with product, operations, and science teams
- Drive formation and management of go to market and channel partnerships
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, commercial, or sales roles within technology, agri tech, or climate tech sectors
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and expanding into new markets
- Strong capability in strategic planning paired with hands on execution
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust analytical and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
