APIL Properties is expanding its Property Management division and is hiring a Business Development Manager.
The role is fully focused on landlord acquisition for residential property management and exclusive leasing mandates.
The property scope covers residential villas and apartments or buildings in freehold areas only.
Key responsibilities
- Source and approach landlords of villas and apartment buildings within the defined property scope.
- Pitch and close exclusive property management and leasing agreements.
- Build and maintain a strong network of landlords and property owners.
- Negotiate management terms and commission structures under company policy.
- Maintain CRM records for leads, pipeline activity, and signed agreements.
- Coordinate handover of newly onboarded properties to leasing and management teams.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new-listing targets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UAE real estate business development, leasing, or property management.
- Proven landlord-acquisition and exclusive-mandate closing track record.
- A strong existing landlord or owner network is required, with an active portfolio providing a significant advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Solid understanding of Dubai freehold and non-freehold property regulations.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Immediate availability to join is required.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
- The package includes a base salary, commission on each new listing or mandate, and an employment visa.
- The company offers a growth path within its property management division.
