ALPHA PLUS is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive in Riyadh.
The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and potential clients and maintain existing and prospective client relationships.
- Conduct market research and generate leads through networking, meetings, calls, and related activities.
- Prepare company profiles, proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, production, and management teams on proposals.
- Maintain the business development pipeline and report on leads, opportunities, meetings, and activities.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities when required.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
Requirements
- Two to five years of business development, sales, or related experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in construction, fit-out, exhibitions, events, or interior design is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Good knowledge of the Riyadh market and local business environment is required.
- Strong English communication and good MS Office skills are required.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Candidates must currently be based in Riyadh.
Workplace
- The role is full-time and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
