  • Identify and pursue new real estate investment opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing potential deals to generate leads.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market, providing insightful analysis.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement effective strategies for promoting new projects and opportunities.
