About the Role

- Identify and develop leads for business support services such as HR, payroll, and recruitment outsourcing
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Stay updated on UAE regulations and market trends
- Prepare basic sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 4+ years of UAE sales / business development experience, preferably in PRO or corporate services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Target driven and self motivated
- Knowledge of UAE labour and immigration processes is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license mandatory

Role Overview
