- Generate new business through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs
- Present and explain the company's consulting services and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare proposals and follow up on business opportunities
- Work closely with the consulting team to ensure client requirements are understood
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and update client information in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Attend business events and networking activities to promote company services
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and client feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Self motivated and target driven
- Knowledge of consulting or professional services is an advantage
