Business development responsibilities
- Develop business-development plans for priority sectors, customer groups, regions, and service lines.
- Research investment programs, development projects, construction activity, facility-management needs, and seasonal nursery demand in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify projects at concept, design, tender, and procurement stages and map key stakeholders, competitors, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain a structured market and opportunity register with qualification criteria, estimated value, probability, next action, owner, and decision date.
- Build relationships with developers, government entities, consultants, contractors, facilities managers, hospitality operators, and commercial accounts.
- Prepare account plans covering customer strategy, projects, stakeholders, competitors, relationship gaps, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Arrange executive meetings, capability presentations, nursery and project visits, technical workshops, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate customer communication across management, sales, technical office, projects, and nursery teams.
- Lead or coordinate client, consultant, developer, and contractor prequalification processes.
- Maintain current registrations, company profiles, experience records, certificates, and reference projects.
- Identify and evaluate alliances with suppliers, designers, specialist contractors, and other partners.
- Work with technical teams to shape landscape, irrigation, nursery-supply, and maintenance approaches before formal pricing.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience.
