Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Generate and qualify B2B leads using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, email campaigns, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business development targets
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow ups with prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT services and technology solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM systems
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business development activities
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship building and customer engagement abilities
- Self motivated, target driven, and eager to learn and grow
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred
- Experience or exposure to IT Services, IT Networking, or IoT industry is an advantage
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Experience or exposure to the IT Services, IT Networking, or IoT industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self motivated, target driven, and eager to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred

- UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
