- Manage and grow Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) client accounts
- Drive AMC renewals and ensure high customer retention
- Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales and strategic account management
- Build and maintain long term relationships with corporate clients
- Promote and sell IT infrastructure, wireless networking solutions, and enterprise technology products
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in AMC Sales, Account Management, B2B Sales, or IT Infrastructure Sales
- Mandatory experience in IT Devices Trading and Wireless Networking Solutions
- Strong experience selling Enterprise Wi Fi Solutions, Wireless Access Points, Wireless Controllers, Routers & Switches, Network Security Solutions, Structured Cabling Solutions, Servers, Storage, and Enterprise IT Hardware
- Experience in AMC renewals, managed services, and corporate account management
- UAE experience is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
- UAE Driving License is preferred

Position Overview
- We are hiring an experienced AMC Sales & Account Manager for one of our prestigious clients in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) client accounts.
- Drive AMC renewals and ensure high customer retention.
- Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales and strategic account management.

- Promote and sell IT infrastructure, wireless networking solutions, and enterprise technology products.

Requirements

Preferred Candidate
- Strong network within the UAE corporate market.
- Proven track record in IT infrastructure, wireless networking, and enterprise solution sales.
- Established vendor database and strong relationships with IT distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers for IT devices procurement in the UAE.
- Experience sourcing and procuring enterprise IT hardware, networking equipment, and wireless solutions from authorized vendors and distributors.
- Target driven with excellent business development and account management skills.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
