- Maintain accurate data and follow up schedules within CRM to ensure no lead goes cold
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to maximize commission checks
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience specifically within Forex, CFDs, or Financial Telesales
- Solid understanding of Forex trading mechanics, technical/fundamental analysis, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and telephone closing skills
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Self motivated, resilient, and deeply competitive mindset

What the Role Looks Like
- Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and convert high potential leads into active trading clients.
- Onboarding Excellence: Guide prospective traders smoothly through the account opening, KYC verification, and initial funding process.
- Relationship Management: Educate clients on our trading platforms, product offerings, and market tools to encourage ongoing trading activity.
- Pipeline Control: Maintain accurate data and follow up schedules within our CRM to ensure no lead goes cold.
- Hit Your Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to maximize your commission checks.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven, verifiable sales experience specifically within Forex, CFDs, or Financial Telesales (Dubai market experience preferred).
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of Forex trading mechanics, technical/fundamental analysis, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
- Closing Power: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and telephone closing skills. You must be comfortable handling objections.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory. (Additional languages like Arabic, Mandarin, or Spanish are a massive plus).
- Mindset: Self motivated, resilient, and deeply competitive.
