- Promote the company's Forex trading products and investment services
- Convert leads into active trading clients through effective sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Guide clients through the account opening, KYC verification, and onboarding process
- Conduct regular follow ups to encourage client deposits and trading activity
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
- Stay updated on Forex market trends, trading platforms, and company products
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Forex Sales
- Strong knowledge of Forex trading, CFDs, and financial markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English is required

Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic, target driven, and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in Forex Sales and a proven track record of acquiring clients and achieving sales targets within the Forex or Financial Services industry.
Key Responsibilities
