Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic, target driven, and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in Forex Sales and a proven track record of acquiring clients and achieving sales targets within the Forex or Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying and contacting prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's Forex trading products and investment services.
  • Convert leads into active trading clients through effective sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Guide clients through the account opening, KYC verification, and onboarding process.
  • Conduct regular follow ups to encourage client deposits and trading activity.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on Forex market trends, trading platforms, and company products.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Forex Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Forex trading, CFDs, and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a target driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is required.
