- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to promote Forex trading products and services
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other sales channels
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients by understanding their investment goals
- Guide clients through account opening, KYC documentation, and onboarding processes
- Conduct regular follow ups with existing and prospective clients to maximize engagement and retention
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow ups using CRM systems
- Stay updated on Forex market trends, trading products, and industry developments
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth client experience
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Forex, financial services, investment sales, or related industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of Forex trading, financial markets, and investment products
- Proven ability to work in a target driven and fast paced sales environment
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building skills
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Overview
