Responsibilities
- Hunt for and form business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities in banking, financial institutions, money exchange, remittance, and AML compliance-related sectors.
- Manage and retain relationships with existing accounts.
- Contact potential clients, establish relationships, and set meetings.
- Achieve business targets and increase new and existing client revenue.
- Prioritize client requirements and follow up on business status.
- Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary information.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, prospects, and partners.
- Research business opportunities and new sectors.
- Analyze gaps and suggest product enhancements aligned with market and client requirements.
- Explore partnerships, pitch products and services, and manage product demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Seven to ten years of experience selling IT software.
- Exposure to fintech products, including payments, remittances, and AML/CFT compliance.
- Ability to manage, guide, and support a team.
- Banking and compliance domain experience and knowledge are an added advantage.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
