Job summary
The employer is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to support the Admin and Business Development team.
The role also provides reception, management, coordination, documentation, and client follow-up support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle front-office activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Director and management.
- Support Business Development with meetings, documentation, daily activities, and follow-ups.
- Conduct cold calls and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain client, prospect, and lead databases and complete timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, confirmations, and arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Handle office administration, filing, documentation, and related coordination tasks.
Compensation
- The stated pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
